During 16 years at Foxtel, he transformed consumer and B2B divisions, delivering revenue growth and margin expansion while integrating major acquisitions. Marco has extensive experience with outsourcing operations in India, Philippines, and over 10 years working with South African teams across critical functions.

His expertise spans revenue growth, digital transformation, and operational excellence across ASX-listed, private, and start-up companies.
